Custom Orders & Turnaround Time

We love bringing your vision to life! Custom orders are made-to-order, meaning each piece is handcrafted just for you after your order is placed. Please allow 2–4 weeks for most custom items, depending on complexity and current order volume. You'll receive an estimated completion date at the time of your order. Need something sooner? Reach out before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate rush requests.

Yarn & Materials

We use high-quality yarns selected for softness, durability, and washability. Most of our projects feature acrylic, cotton, or acrylic-blend yarns — all chosen to be cozy, colorfast, and easy to care for. If you have a fiber preference or allergy (such as wool sensitivity), just let us know when placing your custom order and we'll find the perfect yarn for you.

Sizing & Dimensions

Each listing includes approximate finished dimensions. Because every piece is handmade, slight variations of up to ½ inch are normal and part of the handcrafted charm. For custom orders, we're happy to adjust sizing — simply include your preferred measurements in your order notes or reach out before purchasing.

Common size guides:

• Baby blankets: approx. 30" × 36"
• Lap/throw blankets: approx. 40" × 50"
• Full/queen blankets: approx. 60" × 70"
• Hats: sized by age/head circumference — please specify at checkout
• Scarves: approx. 6" × 60" standard; custom lengths available

Washing & Care Instructions

To keep your crochet piece looking beautiful for years to come:

• Machine wash on the gentle/delicate cycle in cold water
• Use a mild detergent — avoid bleach or fabric softeners
• Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low heat
• Do not wring or twist
• Store folded in a cool, dry place

Care instructions are also included on a tag with every order.

Shipping

Orders ship from Colorado via USPS or UPS. Once your item is complete and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Estimated shipping times:

• Domestic (US): 3–7 business days after shipment
• Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee

Please note that shipping times are in addition to the production/turnaround time listed above. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is handmade with care — and custom orders are made specifically for you — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces. We want you to love what you receive, so please don't hesitate to reach out before ordering if you have any questions about sizing, color, or design.

For non-custom, ready-made items: if there is a defect or damage upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
